These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 925 Silver website www.925Silver.co.za. By accessing and using this Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent. The website should only be used in its legal designed manner i.e. as a regular website accessed through a browser.
Products are only shipped in South Africa. We do not offer international Shipping.
Deliveries to your door
For major area's delivery is normally done in 2-3 working days. Delivery time for outlying areas is normally 5-7 working days.
Postnet to Postnet collection is available to allow you to collect at your own convenience. Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
N.B. We do not have any collection facilities available at this time.
All good are checked before dispatching. Should your goods arrive damaged send us a photo immediately and describe the problem. You may e-mail [email protected]
Parcel Tracking is provided for all orders.
If you are unhappy with a product, return it to us within 7 days and get your money back for the item. Note - Shipping cost is not covered by the return policy and is at the Customer’s Expense.
Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment. Where this is not possible at our discretion EFT refunds will be done.
Good sold are check before shipping for any manufacturing faults, Should you find this not to be the case you need to advise us immediately within 7 days. Where a fault may be found at a later stage within 6 months e-mail us to asses and depending on the findings we may refund or exchange the product. Send us a photo immediately and describe the problem. You may e-mail [email protected]
Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us immediately. If good have not been shipped you will received a 100% refund including shipping payments. Where goods have been dispatched there will be no refunds on shipping payments.
The use of the products purchased are at the discretion of the Customer and the “User”. We are not responsible or any loss, injury or damage that may arise.

Payment Methods and payment Security
We accept EFT payment to our Bank account or payments through the Secure Payfast payment gateway. We do NOT collect or store any customer banking or card details with the Exception of payment method and amount.
Personal information collected for transactions are kept private. We do not sell any data. We will only communicate where required to full fill customer’s queries or orders.
These e-mails are only sent to customers who have selected to opt in to our mailing list. By default customer are NOT registered to receive marketing mailers.
Purchase and stock availability
All items displayed are in stock unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed may be cancelled due to stock limitations i.e. insufficient quantity, damaged goods, non-payment, etc.
